This half-day course will equip you with practical knowledge of vulnerability assessment tools and techniques for identifying and mitigating food fraud risks in raw materials and supply chains, in line with BRCGS Standards requirements. It is delivered through workshop-led discussions and a practical case study analysis covering global standard requirements, supplier agents and brokers, and vulnerability assessment methodology.
You will be assessed through a course assignment. You will need to gain a 75% pass mark, with two attempts permitted. A certificate and digital badge are available for download immediately upon passing; a Certificate of Attendance is available as an alternative.
This course is part of the BRCGS Professional recognition programme.
